Reservations

• A reservation is made in your name once we receive a completed Guest Reservation Form and a 25% deposit
• Payment in full is due 45 days before the tour start date
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards

Insurance Requirements

• All riders are required to pay a per-day insurance charge of $15.00 plus an additional one time $3.00 processing fee. A certificate showing evidence of this insurance purchase needs to be provided to Blue Strada Tours before the start of the Tour. Supplemental Liability Insurance is also available. Additional details on the purchase of insurance will be sent after a reservation is made.
• Blue Strada Tours strongly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance can provide you coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation/interruption, baggage damage, and much more. AIG Travel Insurance is one company that can provide you with 24-hour travel assistance. Visit www.travelguard.com for additional details and purchase.
• All guests will be required to sign a Liability Waiver before starting the Tour

Rider Requirements

• All riders must be at least 25 years old
• All passengers must be at least 18 years old
• All riders must provide a valid motorcycle driver’s license from their state or country
• A minimum of two years and 8,000 miles riding experience is required
• All riders must have the experience necessary to result in competent motorcycle handling in a variety of conditions including rain, twisty mountain roads, switchbacks, as well as the possibility of gravel or debris on the pavement

Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations must be followed up in writing — either by fax or e-mail
• Cancellations more than 60 days before the start of the trip will be fully refunded, less a $200 per person cancellation fee
• Cancellations 45-60 days before the start of the trip will be refunded less the deposit
• Cancellations less than 45 days before the start of the trip are not refundable
