A reservation is made in your name once we receive a completed guest registration form and the appropriate deposit. Payments may be made by credit card or Pay Pal. Please be sure to let us know about any special dietary requirements. Payment in Full is required 45 days before the start of your Tour date. All guests will have to sign a Liability Waiver before starting the Tour.
All cancellations must be followed up in writing either by fax or mail. Cancellations received more than 60 days before departure will be refunded less $200.00 per person cancellation fee.
