1) Service provider
The provider of the tours is Blue Strada Srl unipersonale, Località Teppe, 24 – 11020 Quart AO - Italy, hereinafter referred to as “Blue Strada”.
2) Tour contents
Each event includes what is indicated on the page on this website that describes it.
3) Non-confirmation or withdrawal of the participant
To withdraw from an event, you must write to
info@bluestradatours.com
Cancellation is free of charge within 15 days from the booking.
Up to 90 days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 10% of the tour price and refund 90%.
Between 89 and 60 days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 30% of the tour price and refund 70%.
Between 59 and 15 days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 60% of the tour price and refund 40%.
Within 14 days days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 100% of the tour price.
You can transfer your reservation to another person free of charge, provided that the transfer is promptly communicated to Blue Strada together with a declaration of acceptance sent via email by the person taking over, who assumes all your rights and obligations towards Blue Strada.
4) Requirements to participate
By registering for the event, you declare that you and any eventual co-driver do not suffer from pathologies nor do you habitually take drugs, medicines or substances in general, such as to make driving a vehicle potentially dangerous.
Each driver:
a. must have a valid and suitable category driving license
b. if the driver is not a citizen of the country where the tour takes place, he/she must also have an international driving license
b. you must be able to confidently drive the vehicle in which you are participating at the speed limits set by the Highway Code and on any type of road, including mountain hairpin bends.
You and any passenger must comply with any provisions relating to any eventual pandemics.
5) Your vehicle requirements
If you booked a tour that includes the possibility to participate with your own vehicle, this must be safe and street legal and in particular it must be:
a. covered by legal liability insurance for the entire duration of the event
b. equipped with street-legal, unmodified mufflers
c. equipped with street-legal tires in good condition with tread wear compliant with the law and inflated to the correct pressure
d. equipped with brakes in perfect working order.
6) Obligations during the event
During the tour you are fully responsible for your driving, your eventual passenger and the vehicle you drive.
You must always drive in compliance with the local law and pay attention to your own safety, that of other road users and other participants in the event.
You must always respect the instructions given by the Blue Strada Staff for the safety and smooth running of the event.
If you participate by motorbike, you and any passenger must wear at least the following protections every time you are on board:
a. approved full-face or modular helmet
b. Motorcycle jacket with approved shoulder and elbow protectors
c. motorcycle gloves.
7) Limitation of liability
Blue Strada provides a service including only the contents specified in detail on the page describing the tour. Any liability of Blue Strada and its Staff excludes:
a. physical harm of any kind suffered by you or your passenger as a result of any driving-related event
b. damage of any kind suffered by your eventual vehicle or your other property or by any passenger as a result of any event relating to driving
c. any and all fines imposed by the competent authorities against you
d. any damage caused in any circumstances to third parties by you or your passenger.
Furthermore, Blue Strada is not liable for any personal injury resulting from your and any passenger's stay at any accommodation and facility during the tour.
Any complaints and requests must be sent in writing to info@bluestradatours.com within ten days of the end of the event, beyond which you will no longer be able to make any claims against Blue Strada or its staff members.
8) Expulsion of the participant
The Blue Strada Staff may unquestionably refuse or interrupt your participation in the event at any time:
a. if you do not meet the mandatory personal requirements set out in article 5 of these Registration Conditions;
b. if your eventual motorbike does not fully comply with article 6. of these Registration Conditions;
c. following illness or failure or damage resulting from a collision or fall, such that the event cannot continue in safe conditions;
d. if you violate even only partially or temporarily the behavioral obligations listed in article 7 of these Participation Terms.
In such cases you will not be entitled to any refund, even partial, of the price paid, nor will you be entitled to participate in another event at a later date.
9) Interruption of the tour
The Tour Leader has sole discretion to modify or interrupt the tour in the event of a force majeure, especially if particularly adverse weather conditions make it unsafe to continue, in which case tour guests will not be due any compensation.
10) Ownership of photo and video material
By registering, you give us the right to use, without any compensation, photographs and videos depicting you, your eventual passenger and your eventual vehicle for advertising purposes.
11) Communications
We will send you all communications to the email address provided at the time of registration and we are not responsible in the event of failure to receive emails or their incorrect processing by your anti-spam system.
12) Exceptional agreements
Any agreements you have made with us in derogation of these Membership Conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing, including via email or messages, by both parties.
13) Competent court
For the resolution of any disputes not regulated by these Registration Conditions, the Court of Rome, Italy, is competent.
