1) Service provider
The provider of the tours is Blue Strada Srl unipersonale, Località Teppe, 24 – 11020 Quart AO - Italy, hereinafter referred to as “Blue Strada”.
2) Tour contents
Each event includes what is indicated on the page on this website that describes it.
3) Tour confirmation and deposit
A necessary condition for the tour to take place is that a minimum number of bookings has been reached.
If the event is canceled because the minimum number has not been reached or due to force majeure:
a. Any sum paid will be refunded in full within fifteen days after the tour cancellation notice
b. There is no breach of contract on the part of Blue Strada, which therefore is not required to refund you more than you paid.
Once the minimum number of bookings has been reached and in any case within four months prior the tour starts, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail.
If the tour is confirmed, four months before the tour start we will send you a notice to request the balance payment, due three months before the tour starts. If we do not receive payment within the indicated deadline, the participant and any travel companion will not be admitted to the event and will lose the confirmation deposit.
4) Non-confirmation or withdrawal of the participant

Cancellation is free of charge within 15 days from the booking.
Up to 120 days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 10% of the tour price and refund 90%.
Between 119 and 90 days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 30% of the tour price and refund 70%.
Between 89 and 30 days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 60% of the tour price and refund 40%.
Within 29 days days prior to the Tour starting date, Blue Strada will charge 90% of the tour price and refund 10%.
You can transfer your reservation to another person free of charge, provided that the transfer is promptly communicated to Blue Strada together with a declaration of acceptance sent via email by the person taking over, who assumes all your rights and obligations towards Blue Strada.
5) Communications
We will send you all communications to the email address provided on this form and we are not responsible in the event of failure to receive emails or their incorrect processing by your anti-spam system.
6) Exceptional agreements
Any agreements you have made with us in derogation of these Membership Conditions are valid only if confirmed in writing, including via email or messages, by both parties.
7) Competent court
For the resolution of any disputes not regulated by these Registration Conditions, the Court of Rome, Italy, is competent.
